Givenchy Paris wanted to replace an underperforming lipstick with a new iconic form. Our solution was a modern, refined fashion accessory. The design’s black grosgrain ribbon references Givenchy’s couture heritage whilst creating the most feminine of gestures when removing the barrel from its sleeve.

The design led the way for new product development, remained at the core of the collection for 10 years, received a Wallpaper* design award and a personal accolade from Bernard Arnault CEO of LVMH.
